Stacy has taken her extensive background in Real Estate & Design to create StandOUT Home Staging & Design.  As a designer for the past 22 years, Stacy worked to co-found the premier luxury home furnishings store in Northern Nevada and California, Juniper Hill Furniture & Design.    She has worked on large scale projects such as model homes and estates, as well as single family homes and commercial offices and clubhouses.  “Each project is different, with a different personality.”  She has experience with every kind of design style and has worked to overcome many challenges that homeowners have been faced with.  Whether the job was working with existing pieces the homeowner had or creating an entirely new room, Stacy has a legacy of happy clients. 

What makes Stacy unique as a designer is due to her 22 years working & managing a high-end furniture store, “I have worked with thousands of customers over the years.”   She understands how to evaluate her clients’ needs and has developed a proven process to complete their project on time, on budget and to their specifications.  Our store catered to the luxury market, so in addition to furnishing the home, we have cultivated relationships with local companies to complete the entire job.  That includes faux finishers, window coverings, painters, contractors, and other professionals.  Stacy understands that an experienced project manager is as important to her busy clients as a beautiful, well designed room.

In addition, her experience running a multi-million dollar store gives Stacy an immense background in our industry.  She has a wealth of information about quality and construction of furniture & accessories and has been buying at the wholesale markets in High Point, New York, Atlanta, San Francisco and Las Vegas.  In addition to furniture, her store specialized in accessories, rugs, artwork, tabletop & linen, bedding – even Christmas and garden. Due to that broad range of departments, Stacy is familiar with hundreds of vendors in several price points and can complete a home from top to bottom.

What makes Stacy unique as a stager is the fact that she was a real estate agent in the Napa Valley for several years, she worked with both buyers and sellers as a Realtor® with Pacific Union.  She understands that when buying or selling a home, it is an emotional transaction.   She prides herself on paying personal attention to the needs of the seller.  She also knows what buyers are looking for when searching for a new home.  That knowledge, paired with her design experience, gives her the unique perspective to stage a home so that her clients’ property sells faster and for the best market value.
